To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase
  • This is your first refund request for SupaGuard
  • The subscription was purchased directly from us (not through a reseller)

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
  • Upgrades to higher-tier plans after the 14-day period
  • Additional usage charges beyond your plan limits
  • Custom enterprise agreements (subject to individual contract terms)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Include your account email and order/invoice number
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)

6. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Processing time depends on your bank (typically 5-10 business days)

7. Subscription Cancellation

  • You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion
