SupaGuard provides AI-powered synthetic monitoring services that help you detect and prevent production issues before they impact your customers. Our service includes:

  • Automated browser-based testing and monitoring
  • Real-time alerting and notifications
  • Performance analytics and reporting
  • Integration with third-party services

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

5. Payment and Billing

For paid subscriptions:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SupaGuard and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • Modify or discontinue features at any time
  • Suspend service for technical or security reasons

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupaGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SupaGuard, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
